Training programmes that are accredited by The CPD Service have been thoroughly scrutinised to ensure they meet the very highest standards of integrity and quality.
Continued Professional Development is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.
Established in 1996, The CPD Certification Service assesses training programmes against a universally accepted checklist developed over the past two decades.

Four of our training courses – Train the Trainer, Hospitality Training, Social and Business Etiquette and Luxury Retail Store Training – have been endorsed and certified by the ILM. Upon completion of one of these courses you will receive a separate Development certificate from the ILM or you can choose to complete a short assessment to qualify for the Endorsed ILM diploma.
