How to Manage Your Emotions in Six Steps
Learn how to manage your emotions better and improve your relationships by using our six step emotional response method whenever you feel anger, sadness, fear or shame.
At The British School of Etiquette we talk about taking a six second pause before responding in an appropriate and conciliatory fashion to things which may normally derail you or cause you to have an emotional hijacking.
To improve your emotional wellbeing and relationships, join us for a short, dynamic workshop on 13 April from 6.30-7.30pm UK time and learn what to do in those six seconds and why our method works based on the latest research in neuroscience.
The session will be hosted by our charismatic principal and founder, Philip Sykes, and Richard Cullinan, the Director of our EQ Faculty at The British School of Etiquette.
Date: 13 April 2021
Time: Start at 18:30 (6.30pm) UK/London time
Ticket price: £35
